(AT A RESTAURANT—9PM)

It was getting late and the team had finally gotten finished with their days, the night shift taking over so they could recover. They were all sat at a long table, arguments and chatter getting lost around the table.

Menus were passed around and I have no doubt that the staff for the restaurant is stressing, so everyone silently decides to play nice while taking orders. Robby clears his throat and looks around, but if you look close enough you can see the proudness in his eyes.

“Good job, team.”

He says with a nod, causing Langdon to playfully groan before Trinity drags him into another conversation. Whittaker looks like he would wanna be anywhere but here, watching silently and only talking when Mel starts to rant. Samira seemed more focused on her drink, slumped back in her chair while she tries to follow along with what Victoria is awkwardly talking about.

They’re all weird and definitely not okay, but they’re family after today.
