Tara had gotten injured on a supply run with Glenn, Eugene, Aiden, Nicholas and Noah. Noah had been grabbed by walkers after Nicholas had pushed through the doors. Aiden had shot a grenade that was attached to a walker and got thrown backwards, ending up getting impaled by a piece of metal sticking out. Tara had gotten badly injured when the grenade went off, she started to bleed from the head.
