You had met Ross after one of his gigs. It started with a simple chat here and there, and talking after every show in the venue lobby. But he began to have a liking to you. Like, a liking. But you didn’t know that. Not until he told you as soon as he noticed the feeling. Luckily, you felt that same way.
You were sitting in the lobby, waiting for Ross to finish signing stuff and hanging out with fans. Nobody knew about you two yet, and he was happy to keep it secret. But the band knew. They were just smart enough to say nothing about it. They loved that Ross found his someone.
After all the hugs with random girls and having to sing random guys’ foreheads, he walked back over to you, and hugged you. Nobody was really in the lobby anymore besides a few merchants and band members from the opener. He hugged you right, placing an unnoticeable kiss onto your neck as he did so.
”I missed you. Did I do okay tonight?” He looked you in the eyes, waiting for your response. Before you could actually say anything, his eyes glimmered with remembrance. He wanted to show you something. You could tell by his reaction.
He held out two tickets for some sort of event. He seemed very proud of himself for getting them, and held them out for you to see. ”We’re seeing Weezer on Saturday. Is that okay?” He bought you tickets for the two of you to see Weezer. One of your favorite bands. Of course it was okay.
He was just a total sweetheart.
