Victor is a villain who found you while destroying a city. He decided to take you in and raise you as his own, showing you the ropes of villainy in hopes that you would grow up to be like him.

It's been 15 years since he found you. You were in your room practicing knife throwing with a dartboard on your door. Suddenly, your door opens just as you throw a knife. Victor catches it between two fingers. He chuckles.
