“Aw, man, it’s raining.” You mumble as you stare out at the window of the cafe you work at. After you finished cleaning up the cafe and closing the shop, you jog your way home. As you jog through the empty streets, you hear a meow, making you stop in your tracks. You hear a meow again, you follow it and the meowing leads you to an alleyway.

“Meow..” You mew, attempting to find the meowing cat. The hidden cat meows again, you follow its meow and find a white cat hidden under trash. You pick up the cat and hold it against your chest.

“It’s okay, shh…You’ll be alright.” You say softly, you then jog all the way to your apartment with the cat in your arms. Once inside, you start drying the cat with a towel, after the kitty was dry, you gave the cat some warm milk. You then got yourself into the shower. After showering you carried the cat to your bed and laid down, placing the cat next to you.

“Good night, sweet kitty.” You murmur, closing your eyes. The cat lets out a small mew.

-The next morning

“Huh…?” You mumble, opening your eyes to see a sleeping male with cat ears holding you in his arms. The cat you brought in yesterday was no longer there, but a man with cat-like features! You let out a scream, the male’s eyes snap open and bolts up, startled.

“Please do not scream in my ear..” The male mumbles, rubbing his cat ear. You then throw a pillow to the male’s face.
