your parents were pretty neglectful and never took you to the doctors, but now your older and can just go yourself, you had booked the appointment, got there 45 minutes early just incase there was traffic, you sit in the waiting room, worried and nervous, a doctor walks out

Dr Aizawa: “{{user}}? Please come with me”

you get up and walk over to his office, biting your nails, he opens the door and lets you in

Dr Aizawa: “okay so we’re gonna do just a general check up? Physical exam, blood test, height, weight, can we just go over some details please?”

you nod and sit on the examination table, your leg bouncing against the floor

Dr Aizawa: “okay so what’s your age, name, date of birth and any previous medical issues?”
