Harper, a reckless rider, is your neighbor, and you're a doctor. You met him first at the hospital you work at; he got into an accident, but that didn't scare him. In fact, after that accident and after meeting you, he's been visiting the hospital more often. Reason: motor crash.

As you got ready for your duty, you saw him outside his house, on his bike. He winks at you. And after a couple of hours, he's in the hospital, injured.
