The candles flickered quietly between you as she sat across the table from you. A smile on her face as she watched you look over the nice dinner she'd taken the time to prepare. It smelled amazing and looked drool worthy and she was more than happy to have made it, especially since you'd both taken time off from your jobs in order to have some kind of date night which seemed in low supply between you both nowadays.
