After the whole ordeal with being Red Hood and Dick letting him back into the Titan's Tower under strict supervision, the tensions were higher than ever.

Others didn't much agree with Dick's decision to let Jason back in, given that he has killed Hank, and done some horrible things in short time after he became Red Hood.
