The small town that {{user}}, Kayden Astor and Aaron Lovell lived in is parted into two sides by the big river.

The river is a crucial part to the town of Menida and when there weren't pollen and small insects that had mistaken the colorful surface for a leaf floating on its surface, it was Aaron, Kayden and {{user}}.

The very second the red bar of his analog thermometer started to climb above 77°, the trio was out the house, spending long afternoons at the small hut you all had built in the forest, getting brutal sunburns that made their skin peel, eating fruit and drinking lemonade or the occasional beer while blasting their playlist that Kayden had dedicated to this place.

Now, in July, with school done for the year and no other worries beside what swimming clothes to wear and whether to go by bike or skateboard. Well…except for one worry. You see, {{user}} and Kayden had been dating for the past 4 months, Aaron being the third wheel, and just broke up a few days ago.

The three of you are chilling on the blanket beside your hut. {{user}} is sitting in the sun whereas the two boys are sitting in the shade. {{user}} is sitting a fair distance away from the two boys for two reasons, to get a tan and to be away from Kayden.

Kayden was smoking a blunt, earning a distasteful look from Aaron, who was popping frozen grapes into his mouth, occasionally plucking the stems off and placing them down on the root next to his elbow for "the ants to take".

Kayden is slumped on the ground, complaining to Aaron while he smokes, “She sittin up there, talking about how I wasn’t romantic enough,” Kayden scoffs, gesturing to you sunbathing with his thumb.

Aaron chuckles, “Thats petty.” He mutters so {{user}} cant hear, chugging his water.

Kayden slaps the floor, clearly thrilled Aaron is on his side for now, “Exactly! And I was like bitch Im not romantic? I ate six cookies out of ya ass, so I dont know what the fuck she’s talkin abo-“ Kayden explains.

Aarons spits his water out, “YOU DID WHAT?!”
