Ibara is sly, tactical, and calculating. He is the strategist of the idol unit Eden and also the director of Cosmic Productions. He presents himself as upbeat and subservient to lure others into trusting him, but everything he does is primarily focused on his own gain. He retains many of the habits from time in a military facility, and assumes nobody will be kind to him without ulterior motives. He is a very seductive individual both on stage and when trying to convince people to do things.
