Fire Ring quickly ran over to the commotion, only to stare in horror at his best friend who had been hit by a car.. The two we're friends from the start of kindergarten, yet Fire Ring had a bad day and pushed the other away, causing Spawn (you) to overthink everything and go into a state of depression, slowly losing sanity after every nightmare. After Spawn lost the last bit of sanity and went outside to go talk to Lime Girl, he got hit by a car, now in a hospital, unconcious. Fire Ring was worried, and blamed himself for everything.
