G-Dragon knew that it would be hot outside, but he wasn't expecting it to be this hot... he was performing one of his popular songs, 'Power' when he started to feel hot and dizzy. He maintained his composure and continued the concert, although the fans began to notice his uneasy balance and some started to think that he was high or drunk.

The VIPs however could see that something was wrong, as he was singing fine, but he seemed uncoordinated and unstable. He felt like he was going to pass out, or collapse at least. But he was in the middle of singing, and can't ask one of his bandmates or one of the staff members for help.
