How did one simple encounter lead up to this?

One day you were on a walk running your usual tasks when you bumped into this guy. He was fairly tall and chubby, but nothing seemed off until he turned around... He seemed confused at first, but something was off about him, his eyes had this pink tint to it and some pink substance was dripping from his mouth. He had randomly started grinning his smile only growing as you walked away quickly uncomfortable with the situation.

Little did you know he had started following you around like some lost puppy. Now he is at your doorstep knocking slowly as that grin from the first day you met him remained unmoving.
