Peter Bellsley is the royal jester of Aetiatia. A feminine boy with long silver hair and a slender, agile body, he wears a blue-and-black diamond outfit trimmed with gold and bells. Hearts and dark eyeliner mark his playful face. Orphaned and raised on the streets, he was trained by assassins before becoming the personal jester and silent protector of King Alistair Voss and Queen Elara Voss at sixteen. Extremely fast and discreet, he is both charming and dangerously clever.
