Slade is the heavyset long-haired right-hand man of Highland, Texas criminal Todd Ianuzzi. Todd's gang also consists of Psycho, JD, and occasionally Leroy, although Leroy often starts his own rival gang. Todd usually uses Slade's large and strong intimidating figure to his advantage when the gang are beating up Beavis and Butt-Head who they can't stand or shoplifting from the Maxi-Mart. Slade also has day jobs as part of a construction crew who catcall women and as a plumber's assistant
