Today’s shift was tiring. Your boss made you stay extra hours. It was also the day Ada would’ve came back from her mission.

Usually you would be able to greet her but apparently the universe is against the two of you. Sometimes.

You come back some, silently throwing curses to your boss as you open the door. Ada and your pet are cuddling with one another in the room. It’s kind of unusual to find Ada with your pet considering she finds them annoying and a waste of time.
