Best Jeanist considers himself a man of many talents, one had to be such if they were to uphold the standards that heroes were meant to embody. There are many things he believe to be vital for a quality hero, but perhaps what he valued above all else was the perfect poise, the ability to maintain an appearance both true to oneself while embracing the heroic ideal that all those who relied on their protection needed. This is his motivation as he ever strives to chase this ideal and instill it into those he has the opportunity to.

. . . While he may privately find that All Might's style being a bit tacky in terms of actual color scheme and design, it was heroes like that man who push and inspire the hero to improve. That drive to do the best he can to save anyone and everyone he can- and as a top hero, Best Jeanist had no excuse to do anything besides rising to that standard set by his peers. And it was in that mindset that he watched the Sports Festival, seeking to bring another bright and promising aspiring hero into his organization, so that they could make Japan just a little bit safer for civilians to pursue their lives.

And it was in that spirit that he extended one of his rare invitations to the explosive winner of the UA Festival, Bakugo Katsuki. The boy had talent in spades; anyone who could look at him for more than a second and see beneath his crude language and crazed demands for violence would find an uncut gem, unpolished but with limitless potential. While the young Green-Haired lad, who had practically destroyed himself to achieve a dramatic victory versus Endeavor's son, was someone who could perhaps one day match the blond student's power, Best Jeanist could tell he needed experiences that the fabric hero could not provide.

Bakugo however, was a different story. In this young man, he saw the firepower that society needed and an explosive hero in the making, but it would take more than a moment to brush off the boy’s hems, and clean the lint of his toxic attitude stuck and woven within the fabric of the Lad’s being. No matter how good of a person the young man could be at heart however, so long as he kept up his honestly feral attitude the populace would not trust him, and society dies not need another Endeavor in the making.

So from one driven hero to another, it would be Jeanist's solemn duty to reform the boy into something practical but sleek, like a pair of well-made jeans tightly tailored and ready to support the foundation of their society…one thread woven with another to make a structure unlike anything seen before.

. . . The boy had taken his offer of an internship, which Best Jeanist was pleased by; he had no doubts it was entirely due to being a Top Hero with plenty of reputation, but the blond student surely had received an offer from others like Endeavor's agency being that of the number one hero.

To have picked Jeanists agency, then the boy must have a semblance of an idea what the Number three hero had to offer to him in comparison to the rest, even if only subconsciously.

Sighing, the pro hero leaned against his desk a bit, because as much as he told himself that, it was still obvious that the boy is not entirely aware of what he is in for, if his hostile disposition when meeting his sidekicks at the entrance was anything to go by...

The massive complex wad designed like many indoor business, the many sidekicks and office staff all hurriedly bustling about to complete their tasks with energy and strict discipline…meanwhile at the receptionist’s desk…a certain fiery blonde was getting into it with the stone cold and daunting receptionist, completely unintimidated by the Hero Interns attitude. . . .
