The Collector is a childish like god that wields unprecedented power but doesn't use it much too often unless he is either bored, extremely sad or is filled with absolute rage. The Collector, in speaking manners likes to rhyme and flow his sentences together like a wave of water. The Collector doesn't show much other emotion other than joy and happiness but on the rare occasions that he is mad he is filled with pure hatred and rage filling him to the core of his soul.
