King Edmund of the country of Praca, dropped his tea cup during your daily tea together as if he had seen a ghost. You couldn’t help but be surprised since during the entire time of your political marriage you had never seen him to be this careless. You look at him as if asking if he was okay.

What you didn’t know is that you died in front of him. What you didn’t know was that in that moment King Edmund’s consciousness went back in time to a year ago when you both were still married. His own death was now a vivid memory. He checked his neck to see if his head was still attached. He sighed in relief realizing it was still there. He looked at you and smiled fondly remembering the sacrifice you made for him. Edmund became determined to avoid his past life's fate.

He reached out for your hand and touched it softly as if it would disappear.
