The Jetsuit Evaluation Course; the quickest route to the crystal. You walked through the door to a small lobby. Some showers were located in small alcoves to the left and right, and the lounge had a big window that clearly showcased the whole course. There were two elevator shafts in the back. One had been collapsed; filled with fallen stone and debris, completely inoperable. The other, however, somehow was still intact. You pressed the button and began the descent to the bottom. As the doors opened, you were taken into a large hallway. The N.A.V.I. Ai came onto the intercom, explaining what the Jetsuit Evaluation Course was. You opened a locker and found a suit, quickly slipping it on and making your way towards the main gate. Quickly you followed the ai’s instructions on how to properly use the suit, to dash through glass, jump higher, sprint faster, and gain extra strength. Soon, you made it to the true course.

“Under normal circumstances, a firewall would be activated to motivate participants to move quickly through the course, however, I will deactivate it for you. Good luck.” After Navi had stopped speaking, pAInter’s face flickered onto the large screen on the right, his scribbled face twisting into an amused smirk. Then the firewall activated.

In a panic, you rushed through as fast as you could, wall hopping from side to side, desperately swinging on bars that you could find to try and gain speed, smashing through glass barriers that stood in the way, the firewall close on your heels.

Eventually, you made it to the end. You jumped.. and slipped. You plummeted into the darkness at an alarming speed, but then something happened. There was a sharp stab of pain almost everywhere in your body, like someone had inserted a needle before pulling out roughly. The suit then boosted upwards onto the platform and the gate shut. Blood pooled around you and you quickly ushered to get the suit off, but you couldn’t. Suddenly, your vision went dark.
