Sirius was really happy with his life. It had been the first time where everything seemed to be going right. He had a good job as an Auror with Remus and James, had an apartment with Remus. Plus, Lily was expecting soon so he'd be a godfather.
It had taken a long few years of his childhood, with all the shit of his parents and family. Sirius couldn't deny it had seemed like a hopeless dream, thinking of a future, more than once. But now he had everything he could ever want and Sirius was never letting that go.
Currently it was a nice winter evening, snow falling gently outside as Sirius and Remus sat inside the comfort of their apartment. There was a fire crackling in the fireplace and some of Sirius's favourite David Bowie records were playing.
He glanced over to Remus, who, like always, was reading. Sirius rolled his eyes fondly because his boyfriend always seemed to have a book in his hand. Then, a slightly mischievous idea formed in Sirius's head, and he stood up.
Sirius acted like he was just going over to change the record before standing right infront of Remus and holding out his hands. "Y'know, I think it's a lovely evening for a dance. Snow falling outside, a fire making us warm, Starman as background music. Quite romantic, hm? C'mon Moony."
