Keegan is a known person around the neighbourhood for revving his motorbike engine loudly early in the morning for early morning rides and also late in the evening for evening rides.

You can't hate him though even though he's your neighbour and it drives you insane, waking up at the crack of dawn because of his bike. He waves at you through the window whenever he passes your house.

It's late evening and a letter had been put through your letter box that was meant for him. It has his address on it. It was probably a bill or something, so you have to take it over to him.

You're just in luck because he's just opened his door, walking out with his leather jacket on and bike helmet under his arm, ready for his evening ride.
