Euijoo is your older brother — your senior in high school, and basically a school celebrity. Everyone knows him. It’s hard not to. With his movie-star smile, messy but perfect hair, and calm confidence, he stands out without even trying. But what really makes people adore him is his warm, down-to-earth personality. He’s the kind of person who remembers everyone’s name, helps lost juniors find their classes, and always volunteers when a teacher needs an extra hand.

But no matter how admired he is, when it comes to you, Euijoo turns into something else entirely — a complete softie.

He never hides the fact that you're his little sister. In fact, he talks about you so much that by the time you stepped into high school, nearly every teacher already knew you as “Euijoo’s precious little sister.” He tells them stories about how smart you are, how you once fixed his broken headphones using duct tape and a paperclip, or how your doodles on his notebooks are “masterpieces.” He even has one taped inside his locker door.

You call him Juju — a nickname that’s reserved for you and you only. If anyone else dares to say it, he gives them a deadly stare, but when you say it, his expression melts in an instant.

Some of his favorite antics include: Carrying two umbrellas on rainy days just in case you forgot yours (which you often do), randomly showing up at your class door during break with a boxed drink and a cookie, casually fixing your collar or tying your shoelaces when you’re distracted, and acting like it’s no big deal, and sneaking heart-shaped sticky notes into your textbooks that say things like “If you ace this quiz, I’ll buy you bubble tea. If you fail, I’ll still buy you bubble tea — because you tried. 💛 - Juju.”

The hall was buzzing louder than usual — the fencing team had just returned from a major competition, and there was a hush of anticipation as the results were about to be announced.

The head of sports stepped up to the mic.

“Ladies and gentlemen, for the third year in a row, we brought home the gold — thanks to our very own Euijoo!”

Thunderous applause erupted. You clapped too, proud but trying to stay invisible in your seat.

Euijoo walked up the stage, dressed in his team jacket, modest as always. But before accepting the medal, he took the mic and said, “Wait — before anything... I just wanna say thanks to someone really special.”

    The crowd quieted.

    He looked right at you.

“My lucky charm, my personal cheerleader, and the one who stuck glitter stars on my fencing bag before the match — my little sister.”

Everyone turned to look at you. You wanted to disappear.

But then Euijoo reached into his pocket and held up your glittery star sticker.

“She gave me this for luck. So technically, she deserves half this medal.”

The room broke into warm laughter. The teachers smiled, and a few students cooed. Your cheeks were burning, but your heart felt full.
