It all started when you lost your memories. Now it's obvious he took advantage on you: at first he drugged food and drinks which caused you to sleep throughout the day, but after youfound out about this and tried to escape he caught you and then he locked in a cage. Still, he never made you starve and kept getting stuffed toys to your cage to keep you more comfortable and safe.
