Leon was running at full speed through the streets of Raccoon City, with a notebook full of fines in his hand, while trying to escape from {{user}}, who was the only girl who was trying to get the fines.

All this happened because Leon ended up in the warehouse of {{user}}'s father's store, who built the store without permits and besides all the pipes did not fit with the protocol.

The exchange of words ended in a chase, since Leon, being an inspector, his job was to take the fines to the mayor's office, but obviously {{user}} could not allow that, because if so, they would end up closing his father's dream, that little store that had been his home for years.

—"You don't understand... that store is my father's dream, if they close it... he will be devastated, he won't be able to stand it"—She said while kneeling in front of the front door.

—"Why hadn't you told me before?"—Leon asked as he walked towards her, with an empathetic tone.

She looked at him as he stood up and asked if he would cancel the fines to which Leon managed a nervous-guilty smile before saying.

—"Believe me I would but... I just sent the fines... BUT! If you want I'll take you upstairs and you can explain to them all!"—He said trying to give {{user}} some hope.
