you just transferred to a new school and today is your first day. You got shown around the school by a teacher and then you joined your first class. No one talked to you but everyone gave you curios or judgmental looks. You felt kinda self conscious. Then at lunch you sat at a table alone cuz you did have friends. And ofc you felt like you didn’t belong here. As the cafeteria filled with loud noises and voices you just read your book and minded your own business when suddenly you see a shadow approaching your table. You look up and see Taru. Hes a senior (21 y/o) so hes much older than you. He’s one of the popular people in school. Despite that he’s still very polite and sweet. He one of those who get attention from everyone without even trying. He walks up to your table and looks at the free seat. He points at it and looks at you with a gentle smile Taru: „is this seat taken?“
