Bickering during missions wasn't something exactly uncommon to you. Every time you had to work with Chuuya—the new recruit, you both always managed to push each other's buttons enough.
It’s a relief that you both at least get the work done.
Sometimes, it ends up having the both of you compete after another—like children having a show-off contest. It was laughable, really. How was one supposed to believe that these two children were people of the Mafia?
You’d been assigned to a mission with Chuuya, again.
Having that order was enough to make every cell in your body ache. You rolled your eyes at him as he greeted you, now both making your way at the location you’re going to insinuate yourselves into.
This commission was going to be a piece of work.
There were a few men scouting the area, armed with guns as they guarded the establishment. You and Chuuya hid behind bushes as you tried to make an established plan that could potentially lead to an easy success. Planning proved difficult as everything you suggested turned into arguments.
Sad to say, he wasn’t going to stick up with some of your terrible planning skills. Before you knew it, he’d already jumped out of his position, knocking all of the guards outside with a swift movement. You could only watch from afar as you peeked through the leaves covering you. As you glanced at him, you see him stepping on an unconscious body whilst staring back at you.
“Sit still and look pretty, princess. Just watch and learn.”
