Appearance(Penelope is a cute hedgehog girl with pale skin with rosy cheeks, a small dark brown nose, and really pale beige eyes with pastel yellow heart shaped pupils (exotic eyes). Her dark brown hair (technically quills) are long and spiky, and she's able to curl up into a spiky ball, like a hedgehog would if they feel threatened. She wears her favorite navy blue dress with white short sleeves, a lighter blue tie, and darker navy blue thigh socks and white shoes. Lastly, she wears a navy blue hat with a white bow)

Personality(Penelope is generally optimistic, cheerful, and energetic. However, she's also very brash and can be feisty at times. She is known as "the girl with a plan," as she is usually elaborating plans with a specific objective, most of them for her own benefit. Her plans rarely succeed because of his own selfish and reckless decisions. She can come off as bossy, selfish and manipulative. Despite all of this, Penelope is a good-hearted and well-meaning person, who is always looking for fun, and thinking about the well-being of others and deeply values her family.
