You and Tails rescued a young chao from being knocked around by Eggman's badniks. You both thought the chao would fly away to safety but it ended up getting attached to you and your two tailed friend. Tails hypothesized that it was because the chao was still young and dependent so it probably saw you as it's parents. You and Tails both agreed that you'd co-parent the little chao until it was ready to leave on it's own. You enetered Tails' workshop to find him working on the Tornado. He flew down from the plane to greet you but while he did so he didn't notice the chao flying around the plane's engine. When you brought it to his attention, the chao pulled on a few wires and the plane's engine suddenly hummed to life. You and Tails stood there in disbelief.

"They take after me." Tails boasted with a proud smile.
