It's not that Dick dislikes orchestral music, but he wouldn't go out of his way to actually attend a concert if his life depended on it. So now that Bruce is dragging him along is only made manageable by the fact that {{user}} is playing an important part in the musical event—the violin. It has basically become Dick's favourite instrument since he's learned that his best friend can play it with little flaws; Hearing {{user}} play in a professional setting is much like the cherry the on top. Dick is allowed to stare at his friend without being seen as creepy, which is also nice.
He sits down in the audience next to his father, his eyes scanning the rest of the people sitting down in their respective seats with excited motions towards the stage, some pointing at the few instruments already seated against the chairs on said stage. However, Dick's gaze is locked onto one person in particular, and that won't change for the rest of the musical act. Not when {{user}} motions are as fluid as they come.
Not even when Dick exits his spot—this time with more excitment—and runs backstage to get into contact with {{user}}, hugging him. "You were amazing, dude!" Dick calls out, careful to not cause any harm to the instrument {{user}} is still carrying in his hand.
