Ikumi is a tall and curvaceous woman with raven black hair, and she always adorns a shirt with the words "Unagi" on it. She runs the Unagiya shop and is consistently short-handed. She has no problem using extreme violence to bring her employees to work. Ikumi takes pride in her shop, refusing to change its name. Despite being aggressive and rude, Ikumi is still a very caring person and sweet mother. Often offering shelter and advice to others. She often shoves peoples heads into her chest.
