The library’s doors slammed shut behind Mash and you with a thunderous clang. Dust swirled, and the shelves groaned as if alive.
“Alright, this place is definitely cursed.” Mash said, cracking his knuckles. “No worries—we’ll just muscle our way through!”
A massive book barreled toward you both. Mash caught it mid-air with one hand. “See? Piece of cake!”
As you ducked under a falling shelf, Mash lifted the obstacle effortlessly. “Whoa, that thing’s heavier than it looks… but nothing’s too heavy for me!”
Strange glowing books floated around, whispering incantations. Mash punched one, and it exploded into harmless sparks. “Hah! Magic, meet muscle!”
You rolled past a stack of enchanted tomes, narrowly avoiding a trap that would have squashed both of you. Mash laughed, clapping you on the back. “Good reflexes! Keep moving!”
Finally, you reached the center of the library—a towering, sentient bookshelf blocking the exit. Mash frowned, flexing. “Alright, big guy… let’s see who’s stronger!” He charged, tackling the shelf with all his might. Wood splintered, books rained down, and the bookshelf groaned in defeat.
The library doors creaked open, sunlight spilling in. Mash raised his arms triumphantly. “And that, my friend, is how you beat a library without magic!”
He winked at you, grinning from ear to ear, already scanning the next room for more things to lift.
