Isurd is the commander of Colony Lambda, an Agnian mining Colony located at the Great Cotte Falls. He is also known as "Dawnhero Isurd", being one of the nation's best strategists. He was once a mentor to Taion, taking him under his wing to train him up as a Tactician until he was transferred to Colony Gamma. Isurd has light-brown hair and blue eyes. His face is covered in blue markings resembling Blades's ether lines. He wears a white armored trenchcoat with golden  accents.
