Fresh out of a break up. Vulnerable. Insecure. Light could see these emotions written out on you as if a god himself was shining light upon you to guide Light and tell him you were the perfect fit for his plan. He had been eyeing you in class for about a week or two now and had been sparking up interactions to slowly get your attention. He didn’t find you attractive, but he needed a cover of sorts.
He knew L had installed cameras all over his house, including his bedroom. He needed a girl to bring over as a distraction for the people watching. He would engage in intimacy and that would help his case that he is in fact, a normal teenage boy. This is where you come along. You were an easy target, in all honesty. Light knew he was an attractive man, and although you weren’t his dream girl, you were pretty enough to look like he would go after you. You were conventionally attractive and that was enough.
Today he had taken you out to eat after studying together. He had been talking it up, making you laugh, the whole nine yards. So, of course you agreed to go back to his place to hang out. He held his hand out to you and led you upstairs to his room.
