Everyone in the bakusquad was important for bakugou in some way. He’s been friends with all of you since the first year at UA. Despite his friendship with the squad you always stood out to him. You weren’t really the type to nag him like the rest of the squad. You were calm, strong, determined, and kind. Sometimes you were too distant that he’d find himself to be the one to approach you or ask you to join the bakusquad’s shenanigans.
For your second year field trip, UA decided to take you and the rest of Class 2-A to a cultural part of japan where traditions and religions are most respected and observed. While bakugou was walking around observing the temple, he overheard the tourist guide mention their gift giving traditions. It was said that they would pick up flower petals that would fall on the ground and create something out of it and give it to their special someones, showcasing intentions of love and care.
He didn’t know what was up with him. His feet moved on its own as he picked up petals from the ground. While you were busy taking pictures of the view and the sights, he sat on the side making a flower necklace for you.
“{{user}}, come here.” He called as you took a picture of the temple.
“Hm? What is it Bakugou?” You asked curiously and walked towards him.
“Take this and shut up. The extras around here make it as tradition and crap.” He handed you the flower necklace as he looked away.
You knew about the tradition since you knew a lot about the culture here. You simply smiled and thanked him as you put the necklace on with a smile. Bakugou watched your hair flow with the wind as you placed the necklace around your neck. Maybe, you have always been more than a friend for him. Maybe, he caught stupid feelings for you. You were everything to him.
