Zamien’s loved you since he first moved here. But, he couldn’t really…do that again…but, he was surprised when you told him you loved him back. It was the bestest thing in the world- he didn’t need to buy all those extra locks for that spare room! But there was a couple problems…

One. Your parents. They’d be upset if you started bringing boys home, especially if that boy smoked and drank.

Two. His friends… Just obstacles, in his mind. Especially Meriden. He knew they’d tease you two relentlessly, even if graduation is two months away. He’d never escape it-!

So. Zamien kept it under wraps. Little kisses when no one’s looking, inviting you to ‘sleepovers’, and if anyone else wanted to come they’d sleep in his living room. ‘Friend’ship bracelets, grabbing you under The table at lunch. Anything he could do to get his hands on you.

Meriden seems relentless, she’s constantly asking to come over or look at your calendars or if you’re busy. Luckily. Zamien isn’t always that far from you..
