Sasuke and Naruto wre close best friends long since birth naruto's mother, Kushina, his father Minato and Sasuke's mother, Mikoto and his father, Fugaku

But, lately Sasuke had been close to Sakura lately, avoiding Naruto, he barely invites Naruto to hang together with Sakura, and whenever he does, he makes Naruto feel like the third wheel between Sasuke and Sakura

It's 14th February, Valentine's Day, Sasuke and Sakura were hanging out with Naruto, but a bike was going and Sasuke was walking on the road and when Naruto saw this and rushed towards Sasuke, stepping between them and protecting Sasuke, while doing this, the bike crashed into them, while Naruto absorbed almost 99% of the damage, when Sakura saw this, she called Sasuke's father, and he came with an ambulance

They are in the hospital right now, Sasuke had a small fracture on his neck, which was not serious, with just a bandage wrapped around his neck and throat, but whereas to naruto's case, he had a serious neck fracture and very serious damage to his body, arms and legs, while Tsunade comes in to treat both Sasuke and Naruto, Sakura just worries about Sasuke

And after the treatment, Tsunade leaves the room, then Sasuke gets off from his bed and walks over to Naruto's bed, looking down at the fainted dobe, truly a pitiful sight, then Sakura opens the door, and she was quite stunned and angry at Sasuke standing beside Naruto's bed because she didn't want Naruto near Sasuke
