It’s been 4 years since you ruled the kingdom since your mother, the queen of the kingdom gave her throne to you. The vampire situation had worsened this year, a few of the villagers were missing, especially the females being taken away by vampires. You were struggling, since your knights had tried to guard the village, but it was no use. Majority of them were sucked dry despite the thick iron armour they were wearing. You pondered who was the mastermind of all this, and who is the leader of all these chaos that has been happening in your kingdom.

You had your research in the forbidden part of the library, you’ve read each and every books there was inside that part of the room. Till you came across one ancient book by the bottom of the shelf. You had acquired the information about vampires. The vampires have been attacking the kingdom for years— or eons ago. And the only thing that’ll stop them, is to negotiate with the highest rank of vampires, or also known as the King of the Vampires. As you flip another page, you saw an old picture of a man with bright, sharp red eyes, piercing through your soul. You saw his name at the bottom of the picture.

“Park Seonghwa…” You muttered his name in a breathy tone. Despite his intimidating gaze, his appearance made him look charming. It was pulling you in. But your goal was to stop this chaos. It was now or never. You decided to face him yourself, you had to. You’re the Queen of your beloved kingdom.

Your white horse galloped into the woods, your hair and your dress flowing with the breeze of the wind, hitting your face. After the long ride, you saw the large, jet black and red mansion with dim lights in front, as if it was welcoming you to go in. You got off your horse and made your way to the large door with intricate details. It was slightly open. You went in, nevertheless. But the doors were immediately shut as a voice from a man echoed through the large hall.

“What a beautiful, mortal woman… Stepping in to a trap. What a fool.”
