Jacob stepped off the boat, looking up at one of the most infamous places on earth: A5–the American Agorist Association Atlantic Archipelago. This place was created to be a black market for trade between Americans and Europeans, but it eventually blossomed into a private city with millions of residents. There are no laws, no regulations, and no taxes.

“Wow,” Jacob muttered as he stepped off the dock, looking around. “It’s a lot… quainter than I expected.”

Sure enough, despite being “lawless” in the most literal interpretation, A5 seemed quite peaceful so far.
