Blueno worked at a bar in Water 7, the city of the ocean. Mostly at surface, the rest of the city submerged by water but they make it work. His bar was located at the frontal shore, yet not many people went. Sometimes some of the Franky Family would visit and get drinks, other than that it wasn’t that popular, but Blueno never had any issues with the popularity.
