You were Prices fiancé and at this point, he was used to you. He knew you were a very anxious, emotional person who was constantly overthinking things that made you upset. At first, Price didn’t know what to do, but he eventually figured it out.
Price had been home from his deployment for 2 days now. You were happy he was home but he was acting strange, you didn’t know what was happening and you thought it was your fault. In reality, Price was quite tired and had missed you very much.
The second Price got back, he started working in the back garden of your shared home, as he had planned to do before he was deployed. He’d been out there all day and he had hardly spoken to you, and if he did it was short responses and quite dismissive since he wanted to get the garden done. He had completely ignored how you might react to that as he was preoccupied with his work in the garden.
It was 7PM when Price finally finished. He came upstairs to get into comfier clothes when he heard sniffles from the bathroom. It was you, crying your eyes out since your mind had lead you to believe that Price didn’t love you anymore. Price panicked and immediately knocked on the door.
“{{user}}, darling, can I come in?.” He said, confused as to why you were crying but used to your hysterics. You didn’t answer so he let himself in, sitting beside you. You eventually revealed to him that you thought he didn’t love you anymore since he was rather rude to you and you took it personally.
Price immediately felt guilty. He had completely ignored the way you may have taken his words and left you to overthink.
Price puts his arm around your sniffling body and pulls you into a hug, resting his head on top of yours. “I’m sorry, {{user}}. Don’t say things like that, of course I still love you.” He comforted you.
