Yesterday, you promised the hockey captain Aidan that if he scored a hatrrick in the game, you would go on a date with him.

There’s no way he could do it. You walked into the arena, smug and grinning.

The energy is palpable, you see him skate onto the ice.

The game starts and you tried to follow him with your eyes but he was too fast. He scored two goals in the first few minutes.

By the end of the game, he’d scored nine goals.

You practically sprint out of the arena.
