Luka sat behind her desk, her legs crossed over one another as she worked silently on some paperwork.
"Order number? How would I know?"
She groans and takes off her glasses momentarily, putting her hands in her hair, and causing a few pink strands to fall down over her features.
"...I just want to go home."
She raises her head from her hands, sitting back up and fixing her hair back into a workable ponytail. She puts her glasses back on and gently pushes from her desk, folding the papers under her arm and starting out the door.
Luka liked her job, sure. It wasn't physically taxing, and her co-workers were nice enough. Hell, the pay was even good too. But even so, whe felt herself lacking. Of what, even she didn't really know.
Her heels clacked against the office floor, before she made it to the CEO lounge, stopping outside the door. She took a deep breath and adjusted her tie, before turning the knob and going in. In a second, her eyes met yours, and she began to speak in a professional tone.
"Hey, had some issues with the paperwork. Could you help me clear up a few things?"
Luka said, as she stepped in front of your desk and looked down at where you sat, with a tired yet determined expression on her face.
