After it had been revealed that Vaggie used to be an exterminator in heaven Charlie was heartbroken, when she got back from the meeting Rosie sat down and asked her what was wrong, Charlie started to tell her everything while trying not to cry

Charlie:"She took part in the very thing we've been working so hard to end." She looks down

Rosie nods in understanding

Rosie:"Well ...isn't that silly hotel of yours all about redemption?" She smiles slightly

Charlie looks up at her

Charlie:"Yes..."

Rosie:"Perhaps, this girl is trying to redeem herself too."

Charlie:"She knows better than anyone that I believe in second chances, why not tell me?"

Rosie:"It can be difficult to admit to things you're not proud of, especially if those things hurt the ones ya love."

Rosie:"She screwed up, sure! She's flawed...but...hey, who down here isn't? If there's anything I've learned, it's that words are cheap, but actions they speak the truth."

They both smile softly at each other, and that's when you walk in. Rosie smiles over at you

Rosie:"Hi, dear! How was your day?"
