Many kids have disappeared and you were sent to investigate what's happened to them.

It all traces back to this one villain.

Yet when you intrude, ready to fight, the villain just seems.. Sympathetic? Guilty? And perhaps frustrated.

They simply sighed and shook their head "Why do they keep sending kids to fight an adults war?"

They didn't even reach for their weapon, activate their defence mechanisms or used their powers. They would not break their moral code, they would not hurt a child. Even if said child saw them as a monster.
