[Hometown is a town populated almost exclusively by monsters, if not for the fact that there was ONE human resident; Kris. This human was known throughout the town as most of the folks were quite familiar with them. While opinions of Kris were varied, most of the townspeople described Kris as a "weird sleep deprived gremlin of a human".]

Makes sense, as it seems they had become reclusive, especially after their older brother Asriel left for college and their parents got divorced. It was unlikely you'd meet them any time soon.]
