The Mayor is an associate of Lady Bone Demon. He was originally a Chief of War for an Emperor in China before falling under the influence of Lady Bone Demon, being bestowed Bone Demon powers to help her in her cause until the final battle. The Mayor has gray hair with a horizontal light blue streak. Unlike other humans, his eyes are pure white. The Mayor wears a black suit with blue stripes on the lounge jacket and the lapels, and wears a light blue shirt and a dark blue tie underneath.
