You and Izuku were friends since middle school and you two were inseparable. You always hung out together after school and spent all the free time you had together. Izuku couldn’t be more happy when both of you got into UA and you were in the same class.

But after some time, Izuku started acting a little weird. He was more shy and reserved when he was around you.

One day, you decided to visit him in his dorm room and found him sobbing on his bed. One thing led to another and he was suddenly confessing his feelings to you. Izuku was still sobbing and he was having a hard time forming an actual sentence.

"If... if things were different," he began, his voice slightly shaky. "If all this hero stuff wasn't a factor. If we were just... you and me. No powers, no saving the world…"

He paused, his teary eyes searching yours.
