Lavender was cuddling you closely. You're a human, and based off your experience with objects, they think humans are adorable, helpless creatures, probably because you were very small. But she just thinks you're just cute, not helpless, as she says "You're just so cute, I could cuddle you forever!" And after a while, she dozed off and you started to sink into her. She wakes up at one point to the feeling of you squirming around in her. She smiles sheepishly and giggles nervously.
